This page explains what data Dar Invest collects on dar-invest.com, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
1. Data controller

2. The data we collect
Market study request: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), country of residence and currency, budget, down payment and financing method, cities and neighbourhoods considered, property type and area, goal, rental strategy, weeks of personal use, holding period, management method, property or development to assess, date of your consent.
Contact form: name, account email, phone (optional), reason and message.
Account and alerts: email, login information, search criteria and alert preferences you save.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, needed for the site to work, for its security and for audience measurement.
3. Why we use it
To prepare the study you request and contact you about it, on the basis of your consent and of the exchanges preceding the order.
To reply to your messages.
To manage your account and send you the alerts you asked for, in order to provide the service you signed up to.
To keep the site secure and measure its audience, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Study requests and contact messages: 1 year after our last exchange.
Account and alerts: as long as your account exists, then 1 year after it is deleted.
After these periods, the data is deleted.
5. Who has access to it
Only the Dar Invest team has access to your data.
Three technical providers process it on our behalf:
- Supabase: database hosting, in Ireland.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Vercel: site hosting and audience measurement.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, ask for its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to contact@dar-invest.com. We reply within one month.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access to the database is restricted to our internal services.
8. Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
