Where does the data come from?

From the sale and rental listings Dar Invest collects every day on the main Moroccan property websites, and from licensed short-term rental data.

Why only three cities?

These are the cities where we have enough neighbourhoods with reliable data. Others will open when our data allows.

What if my neighbourhood is not covered?

We tell you in the study and suggest comparable neighbourhoods that are covered.

How does payment work?

You pay nothing when you send the form. The terms for paying the €99 are sent with the confirmation of your place.

Is this investment advice?
